Individual Support
Professional Support Tailored to You
KW Life Solutions provides psychological support for adults experiencing difficulties such as stress, anxiety, trauma and other challenges affecting their wellbeing, relationships or everyday life.
We work with a range of qualified therapists and psychological practitioners. Depending on individual needs and clinical suitability, support may include CBT, EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, hypnotherapy or psychoanalysis, delivered by an appropriately qualified practitioner.
Sometimes life becomes more difficult than we expected.
We can feel overwhelmed. Everyday situations can become harder to manage. Sleep may become disrupted. Confidence can fade. Relationships can become strained. Work can feel increasingly demanding, and the future can seem uncertain.
Our approach is centred on understanding you as an individual. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work collaboratively to explore the factors affecting your wellbeing and identify the most appropriate way forward.
Every person's circumstances are different, and any treatment plan is tailored to their individual needs.

Taking the First Step
Reaching out for help can feel daunting.
Many people delay seeking support because they are unsure whether their concerns are "serious enough" or worry about what therapy might involve.
These concerns are entirely understandable.
Our first priority is simply to listen.
During your initial consultation, we take time to understand your experiences, discuss what has been happening in your life and explore the goals you would like to achieve.
There is no pressure, no judgement and no expectation that you already know the answers.
Together, we begin identifying the most appropriate path forward.
Our support can be delivered face-to-face or via on-line services

Our Therapeutic Approaches
Behaviour therapy
Behaviour Therapy focuses on how actions and habits can influence feelings and everyday life. Working with your therapist, you will be able to identify behaviours that may be causing difficulties and explore healthier ways to respond. This may involve practising new skills, changing unhelpful habits and building positive routines. The aim is to help you manage everyday challenges more effectively.
Cognitive therapy
Cognitive Therapy helps people understand how their thoughts can influence their feelings and behaviour. You will recognise unhelpful thought patterns and explore whether these thoughts are accurate or balanced. Together, you and your therapist can develop healthier ways of thinking to respond to difficult situations. The aim is to help you manage challenges more effectively, build confidence and make positive changes.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy uses relaxation and focused attention as part of a therapeutic approach. Your therapist will guide you through techniques intended to help you explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours while remaining aware and in control. Depending on your needs and the practitioner's approach, hypnotherapy may be used to support work on worries, fears, habits or difficult emotions.
Psychoanalysis
Psychoanalysis is a type of therapy that helps you understand how your past experiences, relationships, thoughts, and feelings may influence the way you think and behave today. Your therapist will work with you to provide a safe, private space where you can talk openly about anything that is troubling you. Together, we explore patterns, worries, emotions, and memories, including things you may not fully understand. The aim is to develop greater self-awareness and make positive changes.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a type of therapy that can help when difficult or traumatic experiences continue to affect you. Your therapist will work with you to help you safely focus on upsetting memories while using gentle side-to-side eye movements or other forms of stimulation. This can help your brain process the memory in a healthier way. You do not have to forget what happened; instead, the memory can become less powerful, less distressing, and easier to cope with.
Trauma-focused therapy
Trauma-focused therapy can help people understand and process the effects of traumatic experiences. The approach used will depend on the individual's circumstances, needs and agreed treatment plan. Where appropriate, a qualified practitioner may use an evidence-based approach such as trauma-focused CBT or EMDR.

(KW Life Solutions) provided dedicated counselling and support over a period of five months, which ultimately led to the employee’s full recovery and successful return to work. I firmly believe that without their intervention, this individual would not have been able to regain a normal life or reengage with their professional role.
The positive impact (KW Life Solutions) has had on this employee has also extended to me personally and the wider team at Power Mechanical. We are deeply grateful for their support, and our awareness and appreciation of mental health have grown significantly as a result.
I have worked with many neurodiverse professionals over the years, but I can honestly say that nobody has come close to Kim. His combination of expertise, empathy, and adaptability is unparalleled. He does not simply provide strategies; he teaches you to understand yourself, leverage your strengths, and navigate challenges in ways that are practical, realistic, and sustainable.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Kim to anyone who is autistic, has ADHD, or has struggled to find approaches that genuinely understand and support their unique needs. Whether you are newly exploring neurodiversity or have been navigating it for years, Kim’s approach is transformative, empowering, and deeply respectful of individual differences.
Working with him has been life-changing, and the insights and tools I gained continue to benefit me every day.
